Who is Rich Clark?
Rich is proud of his Japanese-American heritage. He is an advocate for Women’s Rights, racial equality, the LGBTQ+ community, the Ukrainian fight for freedom, and the hiring of more females in law enforcement.
Rockingham County Attorney’s Office lacks basic ethical standards and transparency.
Rich finds the Rockingham County Attorney’s Office unethical under present leadership which stems from his personal experience. When an arrest warrant is filed in a District Court and the Judge finds no probable cause and denies the arrest warrant, Rich will not present an indictment for Grand Jury review on the same facts unlike the present Rockingham County Attorneys Office leadership.
